HANDBOOK OF THAI ELECTRONIC CORPUS

 The book aims to present the overview of Thai corpora building for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and also is intended to serve two purposes: to serve as a basic development of Thai language corpora and to be a possible model of new-comers from neighbor countries, especially in the South East Asia.
     The book begins with a brief historical overview of corpora building and focuses on getting to know 'electronic corpora'. After that, chapter 2 describes how to create Thai corpora with examples. Chapter 3 and 4 offer the coorpora building in text and speech processing. Lastly, chapter 5 discusses the status of corpora in Thailand.
